Hongdefa Team in Uganda – Strengthening After-Sales Support

After completing our technical service visit in Zimbabwe, the Hongdefa service team has now arrived in Uganda to continue our Africa technical support tour. Our team is currently based in Kampala and actively visiting local customer factories to provide on-site service and technical guidance.

During this trip, the Hongdefa engineers visited the customer's 50T maize mill plant to conduct after-sales service and technical inspection. The purpose of this visit was to check the operation of the milling plant, solve technical questions from the customer, and ensure the equipment continues to run efficiently and profitably.

On-Site Technical Support at 50T/24H Maize Mill Plant

At the customer's 50T maize mill plant, the Hongdefa engineering team carefully inspected the maize milling equipment, evaluated the production process, and worked closely with the local operators.

During the visit, our team:

• Checked the running condition of the maize milling machines

• Helped the customer optimize the milling process

• Solved several technical questions raised by the factory team

• Provided suggestions to improve flour quality and production efficiency

After the adjustments and technical guidance, the production line returned to stable operation, producing high-quality maize flour that meets the local market demand.

The customer expressed satisfaction with the support provided by the Hongdefa team and appreciated our quick response and professional service.
