Hongdefa Team Provides After-Sales Service in Zimbabwe and Shares Milling Experience with New Partners

From January 14th to January 27th, 2026, the technical and service team of Hongdefa Machinery visited Harare and Bulawayo in Zimbabwe to provide on-site after-sales service and technical support for local customers. This visit was not only aimed at machine inspection and maintenance, but also served as an important opportunity to strengthen cooperation with long-term partners and to meet new friends interested in the grain processing industry.

During the visit, Hongdefa engineers carried out comprehensive checks on wheat flour mills and maize milling machines that have been in operation for years. The team carefully evaluated machine performance, production capacity, finished flour quality, and daily operation conditions. Based on the actual running status of each project, practical suggestions were provided to help customers further improve efficiency and ensure stable production.

In addition to supporting existing customers, the Hongdefa team also met with several local partners who are planning to enter or expand in the grain milling business. Drawing on extensive experience from projects across Africa, the team shared valuable insights on raw material characteristics, market demand, equipment selection, plant layout, and future capacity expansion. These discussions helped new customers gain a clearer understanding of how to start and develop a sustainable milling project.
