3️⃣ Degerminate – Separate the germ and bran from the endosperm.

4️⃣ Mill & sift – Grind the maize into flour, grits, or meal, and sieve it to the right size.

5️⃣ Pack & sell – Automatically pack the flour for easy distribution.

🔧 How to Maintain Your Machine

🗓 Daily Tasks:

• Wipe down surfaces and clean any flour buildup.

• Oil moving parts.

• Clean the magnetic separator.

• Check the degerminator and sifters.

🛠 Monthly Tasks:

• Replace worn-out rollers or sieve meshes.

• Test electric panels and sensors.

• Tighten screws and check motor belts.
